A St. Louis native, Kent R. Higginbotham represents the third generation of Higginbothams in real estate and construction. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate and retired Navy Reserve Captain, Kent flew helicopters on active duty for seven years. In 1983, he returned to St. Louis to join the family business, first as a construction project manager, then as assistant estimator. Kent is active in his community, where he is an Elder in his church and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Independence Center and the advisory board of UMB Bank. He has been active within the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and the Certified Builders Guild. Kent is an avid runner, skier, bike rider, and hockey player. He has been married to Victoria for over 25 years, and they now have ten grandchildren.

Bruce H. Korn was born in Buffalo, New York, and graduated from Ithaca College. In 1975, Bruce moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he worked as a master carpenter and founded Steamboat Mountain Builders, Inc., which specialized in land development and custom home construction. After ten years of successful homebuilding in Colorado, Bruce moved his family to St. Louis for an opportunity to co-develop Sedgwick Place Condominiums with Higginbotham Bros., Inc. He quickly became like one of the family, and joined Higginbotham as a partner in 1987. Outside of work, Bruce is active in a number of community organizations, having served on the Board of Directors of The Western Golf Association and currently on the advisory board of Home Sweet Home.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Kent R. Higginbotham Jr. represents the fourth generation of custom home builders at Higginbotham. While Kent Jr.’s career began in the banking industry where he specialized in helping grow local businesses, he made his way back to the family business in 2020 when he joined the Higginbotham team as a Senior Project Manager after finishing an apprenticeship as a union carpenter. He graduated from the University of Missouri with both a bachelors and masters in Business Administration. Kent Jr. is married to his high school sweetheart, Sarah Higginbotham, and is a father to their son, Kent Higginbotham III. When not building homes, he enjoys spending his time with his family, camping, biking, and gardening. Kent Jr. also volunteers his time with his pit bull, Rufus, who is a certified Touch Therapy dog.

A born and bred St. Louisan, Sarah Higginbotham represents Higginbotham as a realtor and local home expert. After graduating from Parkway West High School right behind her high school sweetheart and now husband, Kent Higginbotham Jr., Sarah went on to attend and graduate from Columbia Christian College with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication. Sarah started her career in higher education marketing and event marketing management before earning her real estate license. She joined Higginbotham in 2021 with five years of experience in and knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and the St. Charles market, where she currently resides with her family. Sarah knows how to cater to her clients’ needs while helping them achieve their goals. She is a proud mother of Kent III and enjoys spending every free moment she can with him and her family.
