A St. Louis native, Kent R. Higginbotham represents the third generation of Higginbothams in real estate and construction. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate and retired Navy Reserve Captain, Kent flew helicopters on active duty for seven years. In 1983, he returned to St. Louis to join the family business, first as a construction project manager, then as assistant estimator. Kent is active in his community, where he is an Elder in his church and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Independence Center and the advisory board of UMB Bank. He has been active within the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and the Certified Builders Guild. Kent is an avid runner, skier, bike rider, and hockey player. He has been married to Victoria for over 25 years, and they now have ten grandchildren.
Bruce Korn

Bruce H. Korn was born in Buffalo, New York, and graduated from Ithaca College. In 1975, Bruce moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he worked as a master carpenter and founded Steamboat Mountain Builders, Inc., which specialized in land development and custom home construction. After ten years of successful homebuilding in Colorado, Bruce moved his family to St. Louis for an opportunity to co-develop Sedgwick Place Condominiums with Higginbotham Bros., Inc. He quickly became like one of the family, and joined Higginbotham as a partner in 1987. Outside of work, Bruce is active in a number of community organizations, having served on the Board of Directors of The Western Golf Association and currently on the advisory board of Home Sweet Home.
